thanks rick! but just to be nosey..why is that? the 30mile radius? do clubs not like having their own against them? thanks again! It made if more difficult for clubs to poach members of nearby clubs. It made it equally difficult for athletes to hop from club to club. There was an appeal procedure whereby if someone moved home, say, because of work and joined a local club they could appeal to the hardship committe of the Northern Counties AAA (as it used to be called). Another exception was if an athlete's current club disbanded. e.g. If one club merged with another. I'm out of touch with the current rules but I'm sure someone will put you straight if I'm wrong.

Hi guys,
I'm a member of preston harriers sprint squad and just wanted to know, is it to late for me to do the club champs next weekend or can you just turn up on the day to do your event?(100m/200m)
Wanted to give it ago this year as last year I missed out to a bad hamstring injury.
