hello I'm Anna and I'm 1 2years old. I'm thinking about joining your track and field on a Wednesday night but i dint have enough information to know if I'd like to come. i belong to another club (will not say though) and am not willing to give that up. I'm thinking about coming for extra training and sprints as this is not casual at are club. I'm not very fast as i can only run the following : 100m-15.56 200m-I'm not quite sure 400m-86sec 800m-3Min's 14 1500-6Min's 59 as you can see my times are not very fast and i would love to be able to reach some some p.b's. if anyone can tell me about the Wednesday training (e.g the times, where, price , clothing etc.) and if I'd be Abel to come even though am currently at another club then please write back before this coming Wednesday. thanks Anna.

Hi Anna
Training on a Wednesday, I think starts at 6.30. The training is free but you must pay for a track pass, which is £3.00, this is charged by the University and you purchase this from the reception. Clothes wise you just need some shorts, a top and some running shoes.
The problem is, you are a member of another club and don't seem to want to join Preston Harriers. Whilst we allow people to come for a couple of weeks, we then expect them to become members of the club. A junior membership is about £14.
I hope this helps, but basically if you want to come to use our coaches, you will have to become a member.

Peter. Am I correct in saying that Anna could join the Harriers 2nd claim for training purposes but still be able to compete for her other club?
