Any one who wants to be entered in the National Cross Country Championships needs to let me know as soon as posible as the entries need to be put in first week in January, if you havent entered the Northern Championships then you cant do the National. The National is being held at Sunderland on the 10th March. If you want to be entered please email me at

Sorry its me again. Obviously I am not really Brendan Foster. I make too much sense to be him. I was just trying to tease some rivals out ready for this weekends big race.
I am from Blackpool, Fylde, Thornton, North Shore, Lytham, St Annes, Singleton, Fleetwood, Wesham & parts of Kirkham Harriers. Wait till you see the new vest!
