Think my earlier posting was on wrong board - need to concentrate more - so here is on the right one
Adam ran 48.05 at the Sale 10mile road race to day - in absolutely horrible, humidity. Not only did he break the course record, but this is the fastest time in the UK this year - did you know Adam? It was 4 laps and really horrible, but he only lapped me once - so I was grateful! Congratulation!

Top run Adam....very impressive. No Brits selected for the 10k at Euros again sadly but on this sort of form you could certainly have gone there & been competitive. Nice to see you back showing the potential of a few summers ago. I hope Chris takes motivation & you can assist each other as he continues his come back over the autumn & winter. Ive no idea of your plans for now (Great North, Euro Cross, Marathon?) but you seem to have the foundations laid to become one of the top runners in the country over the coming months. Keep it up lad - Aidan
