Hi

If any fell runners want to practice navigating they may be interested in the orienteering event on 9 Oct. It is near Stoodley Pike and promises, along with the usual courses, " a longer easier course suitable for Karrimor preparation". see www.eastpennineoc.org.uk

If anyone wants further help contact me and i'll do what I can- we as a family will rpobably go to the event so could be there to help if need be
