It's Boston tomorrow and some of the locals are running. There's also a storm coming in with 37 mph winds which will make it feel like 33 degrees Farenheit. Rather them than me. :-)

Good luck to all the Harriers running London, Go Steve Hallas you are in great shape Also John Nuttall has a late entry raising funds for Karen Harewood, the athlete who had the horrific fall and subsequent broken leg at the European indoors, she is in our training group. See article on www.ukathletics.netif you want to support him. Helen

Blimee! It takes a semi -yank to provide everyone's results! I just wanted to say that in what looked horrendous conditions for a marathon - that for all of you to complete it took real determination. I bet some of you, especially those who had their sights set higher really wanted to pack in. I think you have to take pride and know how strong your character is to continue and finish in what were some really good times. I'm sure you will all see the results of all the training that I know you did over the Summer in shorter races
