the ribble valley 10k went well today ,didn't it STEVE MORT.. he only rattled out a P.B. 41:23 top marks steve ,have a couple of days off work..
a great turn out and everyone had a good run...claires well pleased with her time 47:08 ...is now focusing hard on getting below 43
great weather too ..
i took plenty of pics but still can't get my head around getting them on here............
sorry maureen i didn't know you were running ,but great to see ya.....

Darren, send them into Bill (email on main site) and he`ll post on to road section... alternately or in addition to, send some to Steve M for the Harrier mag - if Steve M was moving too fast, then you may not have caught him? He did well today and was "well pleased" after.
