Five junior fell runners turned up to race in Ilkley - the first of the English Championships for them. For several it was going to be tough as they were at the bottom of a two year age category having only just moved up. They also felt the lads from Helm Hill were at a big advantage after all the specialist fell training that they do.
BUT they did run hard and they places were creditable.

Rob J also let most of Yr11 know that he had beaten Mrs nash by almost 8 minutes ( shame when you have to compare your standard to that of veteran ladies!)
