Yes well done to all, particularly all the athletes who were making their debuts and performed brilliantly. Depsite the weather they all enjoyed the day and are looking forward to Sheffield.. Well done also to Rob Morley for your work with the under 13's, it's nice to have selection headaches for the next meeting . Also a big thanks to the under 17 lads. We are well down on numbers, so the lads who are there are being asked an awful lot of, particularly Ben Akin. Cheers Ben. Finally thanks to Eddie Greenhall, who despite being injured and having exams the day after, came and did throws for us, picking up valuable points in the process. It shows fantastic committment to the club to be North Of England Champion in your own event, yet still come and help the club when we were in desperate need.
