I`m not going to update the table, because of other commitments, until after Freckleton Half, thus two results will be added on next update - Preston InterClub & Freckleton

Cheers Steve for the message - had kept looking for an update. One question though - I have just had my 40th birthday, so am now a Vet40 for races. Will I move into Vet 40 this year for the Road Race Championships or is it a case of started as "under 40", so stay as "under 40" for the year ?

Hi Greg, you stay as you were at the start, ie under 40; it`s a bit of a nightmare when compiling the points when this happens but it makes sense to remain in the category that is started off at. Tables are done but neither Steve or I can add on, as something won`t let us!! - so they`ve been sent to Bill Buckley (web ed) to place on

Final tables are now on the website following Run Preston last Sunday. Well done to all the winners!! - See you at the Presentation Evening on 13th November
List of races for the 2010 Championships are also on the site - Please note the first race will be: Guy's 10 mile on 6th Dec '09
