A great turn out from Harriers yesterday for a tough 10 miler in very warm conditions. Not helped by a 1pm start but hey!
Well done to Matt Livingstone (1st home) and Liz Abbott (1st lady) - those slate trophies looked very heavy!
A superb well done to all who ran this very undulating, hilly course with fine scenary all round... to those not there, you missed a good day out; finishing with a pub visit in Sedbergh as we waited for the AA man...(if you want to know more, you`ll have to read the next edition of The Harrier!)
