Hi Guys,
just to let you know i have arranged a free 5 mile mostly trail and cycle track with a little bit of woodland thrown in. it is on Sunday at 10:30 from the astro turf pitches at st theresa's on the callon estate. the run will be part of the raising awareness of the guild wheel cycle path of which this run will take in some of it. i have ran the course many times and it really is a great run, not easy but really scenic. anyone who runs this time will be invited to run next year for free as i aim to add it to the running calender. please turn up if you can,drinks and refreshments at the finish, and the caribbean carnival starts straight after. bouncy castles and football for the kids as well. look forward to seeing lots of you, just turn up and enter for FREE
