Hello everyone, I used to throw the javelin at school but have not done it for a couple of years if i went down to preston sports arena would they let me go and try it I am interested in seeing ow far I can throw as I really enjoy the event, any help or contact info would be great. cheers

I have modified Bob's email address and replaced the "@" with "AT" to prevent it from being harvested by spamming software.

Thanks Rick I was getting 2,500 emails per month at the last place I worked, 99% of it spam, so maybe I'm more aware of the problem than you are. ;D |
