Yesterday, Alan finished 6th and was 3rd counter for the English Men's team that won the 060s Cross Country race at the World Masters in France. I am so proud of him - he was only going as Sharon's Coach too! It certainly has given me something to aspire to!

Well done Alan, though your surely not a Vet 60.
I find this rather embarrassing from a personal point of view. As a spring chicken, vet 40, I can't seem to manage 2 laps of the track without my knees, back, calf etc going.
Well done again, one would be hard pressed to find a more deserving Champion.
