Well Sarah, you will go and get yourself all muddy doing x-c and I bet even muddier wearing the wrong shoes. It's not very lady like is it? You should have been at Kirkham on nice tarmac where the lovely Martin got his revenge for Brampton- Carlisle. I watched him disappear from 7k. But it's all about participating isnt it? Like this Sunday at Calderdale - Dont wear trainers - I think that you need fell shoes for your leg - you can borrow mine since you have borrowed clothes from me and I certainly dont give them much use! And if you have a crap run, go back to giving Bob advice on 100 ways to use tuna fish!

Anne, you leave off my friend Sarah. Thank you Sarah for your kind remarks! I've just finished my last Harrier, so my fingers are still clicking keys. If no-one knows what Anne means by the Tuna statement you can read about it at www.prestonharriers.com/sedbergh_hills_2006.htmIt's all true.
