What's the best way to get involved with Preston Harriers? I've heard you train at Cottam on Tuesday evenings but I can't make this in the winter due to something else I do (could in summer).
I'm interested in what the training sessions are like, what you do etc.
I already do some running but want to improve. 3.5-4miles about 3 times a week, takes me about half an hour.
I'm a bit worried about being the slow coach at the back on training runs etc.
ta for any info.

If you are female, you might like to try the Ladies group on Wednesday evening. If male or female, are you interested in fell running? Contact Mick McLaughlin on 07977 439 060. If Track or Road is your interest, ring Alan Appleby on 01772 733 291. Worry not of being left behind. If you run 3 times a week, you'll probably be at the front. You will be made most welcome. Our standards start with me at the bottom. Mile a Month. & Helen Cltheroe at the top. Mile a Minute.
