well i did my first xc today , which was an enjoyable eye opener 
..
but on a sad note ,i'd like to say its not fair that some people left all their rubbish in the tent for others to bin. remember its great that people get there early to put the tent up for everyone.
the men who run last take it down at the end of the day and its not fair that they have to also remove everyones litter especially on cold ,wet ,windy days.
it doesn't cost anything to put bottles/tape/crisp packets into a bin
