i'm a fell runner

claire and i did our first fell run today. it was great i recommend it to all. the mud was knee deep and the rain was going upwards due to almost gail force winds. still great fun though ;D .i'm looking forward to doing a few in the summer
with mick and for the veiws..
claire fininshed ahead of me by default ;D i stopped to help a chap who'd hurt his leg.ended up walking with him for a mile . it is the season of good will
i'll get my revenge on the 31st when we go again.

liam also did a short run ,top lad. got a bag of chocs ;D

a few of us hardy chaps did the 'auld lang syne' fell race on the 31st dec. mega cold ,-3. i've never seen people finish a race with frost on them. even our laces had frozen
