The Northern Cross Country Championships are at Witton Park, Blackburn on SATURDAY 23rd JANUARY 2010.

I am co-ordinating the SENIOR entries. If you want to run, you should contact me before Monday 7th December 2009 via email: [e-mail] or at the track on a Tuesday night.

Juniors in the middle distance group should speak to Andy Bibby.
