I am wondering if someone at the club may be able to help me. I am writing a dissertation on recovery strategies of middle and long distance athletes. I was wondering if someone from the club would be able to send me an email stating how many middle / long distance members you have at Preston Harriers? My email address is emcwilliams@uclan.ac.uk.
