;D Just to let you know that the Gt Eccleston 4 miler is on the 2nd september. It is a great course and perfect for those who are thinking of going up distance from 5k to 10k and is very bigginer friendly. This year there is a medal to all finishers plus bacon sandwich piece of cake and a brew all included in the entry price so hope to see a few of you there cheers alan taylor.
