I would also like to say a big thank you to Chris for updating my new record on the website  . I am really proud of it. Also thankyou for the encouragement I recieved before and after the final, much appreciated. I look to get a decent wind and break the record again  . Sub 21 if i stay fit may well be on the cards, it was yesterday, bluddy cramp. |
