I read the Harrier, no I read the brilliant Harrier, on line and found that the page/s were massive which was a bit frustrating. However a quick email to the mayor which he forwarded across the Atlantic to Rick who winged a reply back to me as follows If you right click on the page links this will allow you to download the pages into my documents where you can open them up using adobe and zoom in or out at will. Wow can you imagine, results in a matter of minutes can you imagine going back to air mail!!! Whilst I am writing this Rick is winging email to me to which I am responding still it is only Sat night isn't this what everyone does. We are thinking of graduating to train spotting, then perhaps twitching. Come to think of it at this moment those blasted fell runners are on a drinking, sorry hard training weekend in Ettrick bridge cheers, hic

It was Saturday morning for me. I'd done my 2hr run in the forest, thawed out in the hot tub and was checking the football results and catching up on the email I hadn't had time to reply to during the week. Pretty much the same as what I'm doing now, only the run was a bit shorter today. The clocks went forward last night but we set off at 7:00 am, even we lost a hour. One of our group is training for the Western States 100 mile race. He was out at 5:30 am and rmet up with us at 7:00 having been out on the trails and picked up the water bottle I lost yesterday.
